Abstract:
To provide a heat cooking accessory especially for frying Tempura.
The heat cooking accessory for a vessel for keeping frying oil has a support body (11) with through holes for receiving food to be fried. The support body (11) with through holes is formed by using a tray (12) with an opening part (13). The tray (12) has an upper surface treated for preventing food from adhering in heat cooking.
