Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable and accurate constant voltage charge control, by reducing a throughput of a microcomputer, and eliminating system oscillation.
SOLUTION: Both a hardware loop performing control through the first voltage detection circuit 21 for detecting battery voltage and a software loop performing control through the second detection circuit 8 for detecting cell voltage and a microcomputer 9 are provided, output voltage of the first voltage detection circuit 21 is compared with charge command voltage of the microcomputer 9 in an error amplifier 15, by this error signal, a control switch 4 is controlled.
