To make it unnecessary to take the reverse connection of a battery into consideration by a method wherein, when various electrical components are connected to a battery, currents of normal polarities are made to flow to the respective electrical components regardless of the polarities of the connections to the battery.
A bridge circuit C consisting of diodes D is provided in a stage before respective electrical components A1, A2.... By providing this circuit C, currents in normal porality directions are made to flow to the respective electrical components A1, A2... whichever polarities of a battery B are connected to the terminals (a) and (b) of a power supply circuit. In other words, the current which is rectified into the certain polarity is supplied to the respective electrical components A1, A2.... Accordingly, normal voltages are always applied to the respective electrical components A1, A2.... As the normal voltages are always applied to the respective electrical components A1, A2... regardless of the connection polarity of the battery, the breakdown of the electrical component which is caused by the reverse connection of the battery can be avoided.
