Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cover which reduces a protruding length of a hinge part in a state where the battery cover is attached to a battery to reduce an occupied space on the battery and inhibits interference with an external device.SOLUTION: A battery cover 1 includes: a first cover part 10 which covers a fuse unit attached to a battery post; a second cover part 20 which covers an area above the battery post; a hinge part 30 which couples the second cover part 20 to the first cover part 10 so that the second cover part 20 opens and closes; and a hinge engagement part 40 included in the first cover part 10 or the second cover part 20. The hinge engagement part 40 engages with the hinge part 30 when the hinge part 30 is inclined so as to be arranged along an outer surface 21 of the second cover part 20 and holds the hinge part 30 in the inclined state where the hinge part 30 is arranged along the outer surface 21 of the second cover part 20.
