Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the battery installation device for a motor scooter, which can prevent a battery holder from being vibrated and concurrently can prevent vibration from being transmitted to a foot board by providing the battery holder at the lower side of the foot board, and surely and threadedly attaching the battery holder onto a frame at three points.
CONSTITUTION: A box shaped battery holder 11 covering a cover body 13 is provided for an opening section 12 provided for the side face, bosses 14 and 15 projected in front and rear of the battery holder 11 are threadedly attached onto stays 7 and 8 welded to a frame 1 respectively, and a spacer 18 is inserted therein while a boss 16 projected out of the inner side end of the battery holder 11 is being over-lapped with a stay 9 projected upward from the frame 1, so that a boss 19 provided for a foot board 5 is inserted into the spacer 18 so as to be threadedly secured to the foot board 5.
