A battery lid assembly member of this invention includes: a battery lid; an output terminal disposed at one side of the battery lid; a battery lid side electrode lead out part disposed at the other side of the battery lid; a holding member held so as to connect the battery lid, the output terminal, and the battery lid side electrode lead out part; and an insulation spacer for insulating the output terminal, the battery lid, and the battery lid side electrode lead out part.
