Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery maintenance device that is capable of reducing the amount of data used to maintain (manage) a storage battery and is capable of appropriately managing a deterioration state of the storage battery.SOLUTION: A storage battery maintenance device 1 comprises a data server 10 and a power storage system demand monitoring device 24. The power storage system demand monitoring device 24 comprise: a classification unit 241 that classifies a voltage of a cell 42A at the time of completion of charging into any of a plurality of predetermined voltage classifications set previously; a frequency acquisition unit 242 that, for each voltage classification, acquires a frequency of classification into the voltage classification with respect to each cell 42A; and a classification determination unit 243 that, on the basis of the frequency, determines a voltage classification to which each cell 42A belongs. The data server 10 comprises a deterioration determination unit 101 that, for each voltage classification, determines (defines) deterioration in a cell 42A determined to belong to the voltage classification. The deterioration determination unit 101 determines deterioration in a battery module 42 on the basis of a cell 42A that belongs to a voltage classification having the highest voltage value of the voltage classifications and has the largest frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
