Abstract:
To provide a battery management system, a battery management method, and a program, enabling an appropriate secondary battery to be used according to deterioration and chargeable capacity of secondary batteries.SOLUTION: A battery management system comprises: a battery state acquisition unit (22) for acquiring, as secondary battery information, identification information for determining and identifying a secondary battery and electric characteristic information that is an electric characteristic at the time of connection, charging, or discharging of the secondary battery; a battery capacity authentication unit (23) that on the basis of the electric characteristic information, calculates chargeable capacity of the secondary battery and authenticates it as authenticated capacity; a battery management database unit (24) that is included in a management server (20) and records the identification information in association with the authenticated capacity; a user management database (25) for recording user information associated with a user of the secondary battery in association with the identification information; and a user information change unit (26) for changing association between the user information and the identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
