Abstract:
To prevent setting mistake of a battery by detecting the mismounting of the battery.
The output value of a battery 7 when the motor of an actuator 5a is in an off-state is sampled, relative to an electrical lock 5, having the actuator 5a which is driven by the output voltage from the battery 7 as an operating power source. The output value of the battery 7 when the motor is in an on-state is also sampled. The value, obtained by subtracting the output value in a motor-on time from the output value in a motor-off time, is set to be a measured value, and the measured value is compared with a previously set threshold to decide that the battery 7 has been mismounted, when the measured value is less than the threshold.
