Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately and rapidly judging deterioration of a battery pack. SOLUTION: In a method for judging deterioration of a battery pack based on a measurement value, by measuring an effective resistance in a battery pack being constituted while including a secondary battery, the battery pack is charged or discharged for a specific amount of time with a specific, fixed current (step 52), the effective resistance is measured for two times while sandwiching the specific amount of time (steps 53 and 54), and the deterioration of the battery pack is judged based on the effective resistance that is measured at two measurement (step 56).
