To provide a battery pack that has excellent heat dissipation and waterproof properties, and to provide a saddle-ride vehicle having the same.
A battery pack 40 includes case members 54 and 56 and a first battery unit 62. The first battery unit 62 has a plurality of batteries 98, a battery holding section 100, and a plurality of lead members 120, 122, 124, and 126. The batteries 98 are arranged in three or more rows in a direction x and in three or more rows in a direction y. The case member 54 includes a main body 54a and a heat-dissipating member 54b. The heat-dissipating member 54b is in contact with a side wall 66 of the main body 54a, and does not penetrate the side wall 66 in a direction z. The side wall 66 is fixed at a plurality of positions to an end surface 110 of the battery holding section 100. Heat transferred from the batteries 98 to the battery holding section 100 is transferred from the end surface 110 of the battery holding section 100 through the side wall 66 to the heat-dissipating member 54b, so as to be dissipated.
