To provide a battery pack which has an information residual quantity display part provided on a main substrate and effectively uses a space without minimizing limitations on the flexibility of a latch mechanism and the size of the substrate even when both of the information residual quantity display part and the latch mechanism are disposed at the front side.
A control circuit board 50 includes: a main part 51 provided with a connection terminal 51a used for power supply to a target device 100; and an information display part 52 for displaying information of a battery cell 12. The control circuit board 50 is disposed so that the information display part 52 can be visually checked on a surface at the removing direction side of the battery pack 10. A cutout 53 is formed between the main part 51 and the information display part 52 for avoiding interference with the latch mechanism, and the latch mechanism is disposed so as to pass through the cutout 53.
