Abstract:
To provide technology with which it is possible to improve the accuracy of estimating the full-charge capacity estimate value of a battery.SOLUTION: A battery pack 100 comprises: a calculation unit 111 for calculating a full-charge capacity on the basis of a charge-discharge current amount and ΔSOC of a secondary battery 102; an estimation unit 112 for updating the full-charge capacity estimate value on the basis of the calculated full-charge capacity; and a threshold calculation unit 113 for calculating the upper- and lower-limit values of full-charge capacity of the secondary battery 102 on the basis of a degradation curve C. When the full-capacity estimate value that is updated last falls out of the range defined by the upper- and lower-limit values as a result of determination processing, the estimation unit 112 calculates a full-charge capacity that corresponds to the current use amount of the secondary battery 102 from the degradation curve C and updates it as a full-charge capacity estimate value. When the full-capacity estimate value that is updated last falls within the range defined by the upper- and lower-limit values, the estimation unit 112 corrects the degradation curve C on the basis of the full-capacity estimate value that is updated last.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
