Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery state diagnostic device and a battery internal resistance measurement method, which can suppress the impairment of a drive feeling while improving measurement accuracy of an internal resistance of a battery.SOLUTION: A battery state diagnostic device comprises: a battery 3 mounted on a vehicle 1 provided with a supercharger 9 for supercharging intake air of an internal combustion engine 8 and an electric supercharger 7; and a control device 6 for driving the electric supercharger 7, by supplying power to an electric motor 5 from the battery 3. When the vehicle 1 is traveling in a state in which a speed of the vehicle 1 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, or a rotation speed of the internal combustion engine 8 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the control device 6 measures an internal resistance of the battery 3 from a voltage of the battery 3 and a current flowing through the battery 3 when the power is supplied to the electric motor 5.
