A coil spring 75, externally fitted to a bolt erected on a horizontal bolt supporting piece 29, is mounted between the horizontal bolt supporting member 29 and a hold-down member 54 of a fastener 50 in a compressed condition. Antislipping pieces 23, 28 are formed at the upper parts of both vertical arm pieces 21, 26 for a terminal mainbody 10. Meanwhile, a pair of a locking antislipping pieces 60 are formed extending downwardly from both sides of the hold-down member 51 of the fastener 50 through the outsides of both vertical arm pieces 21, 26. At the lower end of each locking antislipping piece 60, a locking claw 62 is formed which is locked to each of the antislipping pieces 23, 28 at the moveup position of the fastener 50 for preventing the upward slip of the fastener 50.
