PURPOSE: To provide a battery type power mechanism which has a power breaker circuit capable of preventing the on-off repeat operation occurring when the output voltage of a battery drops below the specified voltage by battery consumption.

CONSTITUTION: A battery type power mechanism is constituted to input the voltage W on output side of a comparator 5, which gets the output voltage VB of a battery 1 for its input on inversion side and gets comparison voltage VREF for its input on noninversion side, into the input terminal SCP of the overcurrent breaker latch circuit of a switching regulator element 4. And, the power cutob condition of the battery 1 is maintained until the overcurrent breaker latch circuit of the switching regulator element 4 is reset.
