PURPOSE: To enable a large amount of battle condition information and a command supervising information to be transmitted without damaging an real time characteristic of a target information by a method wherein a transmitting path for the target information and another transmitting part for a command supervising information are made independent.

CONSTITUTION: Each of target information transmitted through a target information inputting device 1, a target information transmitting device 2 and a target information receiving device 3 and a battle condition information transmitted from an observer through a battle state information inputting device 12, a battle information transmitting device 13 and a battle state information receiving device 14 is transmitted to a central information processing device 4 through an independent path, respectively. With such an arrangement, it is possible to collect the battle state information without damaging a real time performance of getting target information. Then, the information processing device 4 performs an information processing operation and at the same time displays the collected battle state information and the target information to a displaying device 5 concurrently, thereby an operator in charge of the processing device 4 can input a proper processing condition to an inputting device 6. Then, the processing device 4 transmits the selected/distributed target information to the displaying device 9 through a total information transmitting device 7 and an information receiving device 8 and then transmits it to the displaying device 9 as the battle information through the battle information transmitting device 10 and the battle information receiving device 11.
