Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead core molding method which does not cause the lowering of productivity by sufficiently suppressing the generation of a collapse winding on a single line bead when molding a bead core, and a bead core molding device.SOLUTION: A bead core molding method which molds a bead core by winding and stacking a single line bead on a bottom face of a groove part by using a bead former in which the groove part having the bottom face inclined at a prescribed tapered angle is formed at an external peripheral face, a rotating shaft for rotating the bead former, and a single line bead supply part which supplies the single line bead to the bead former. The bead core molding method substantially vertically winds and stacks the single line bead on the bottom face of the groove part, and inclines the rotating shaft of the single line supply part of the bead former so that the single bead is substantially vertically supplied to the bottom face of the groove part.
