Abstract:
To provide a bead ring that makes the durability and a bead expansion force of a bead core excellent when used as the bead core of a tire, and a pneumatic tire that has a bead ring embedded in a tire bead portion, and to provide a method for manufacturing the bead ring without impairing workability.
The bead ring has a starting end of winding and a terminal end of winding set as high as/higher than the second tier. In the method for manufacturing the bead ring, a position of the starting end of winding is set proper. The bead core of the pneumatic tire has the high durability and the large bead expansion force.
