A tapered bead ring R with a stiffener of which the ring inner circumferential surface Ri is inclined in the ring inner circumferential width direction is retained so as to be suspended with retaining arms 11 each allowing the ring inner circumferential surface Ri to be abutted with the upper part of the retaining arm, and the abutted part with which the ring inner circumferential surface Ri of each of retaining arms 11 is abutted is inclined at the same angle as the inclination angle of the ring inner circumferential surface Ri. The abutted part is formed freely axially-rotatably in the circumferential direction of the tapered bead ring R with the stiffener.
