PURPOSE: To make PC beams possible to use even when PC walls are used and increase the precast ratio and reduce construction period.
CONSTITUTION: A beam 10 is molded as a half-PC beam 10a and main reinforcements 12 of the lower beam end are embedded in the longitudinal- direction at the lower end and shear-reinforcing bars 14 are buried so as to surround the reinforcements 12 of the lower beam end. The upper end of the shear-reinforcing bars 14 is projected from the upper end face of the half-PC beam 10a. A plurality of joint pipes 16 are buried at every specified distance along the longitudinal direction at the central part of the half-PC beam 10a. The joint pipe 16 is arranged to make the lower end thereof flush with the lower face of half-PC beam 10a, and the upper end is projected by the height (h) equal to the thickness of the post-cast concrete for forming the floor face. Vertical connection reinforcements projecting from the upper part of the underfloor PC wall and the lower part of the upperfloor PC wall respectively, are inserted in the joint pipes 16 to constitute lap joints.
