In this beam-column joint structure 1 of the uppermost story of the reinforced concrete structure, a main reinforcement 7 for an upper end of a beam, and a main reinforcement 8 for a lower end of the beam are linearly arranged in a beam-column joint 2 of the uppermost story of the reinforced concrete structure in such a manner that leading ends of the main reinforcements 7 and 8 are extended; anchor plates 5 are provided at the leading ends, respectively; and a column extension portion 3, to which a column reinforcement 4 is to be anchored, is protrusively provided on the upper portion of the beam-column joint 2.
