Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple bearing aligning method and a bearing aligning device, capable of aligning and fixing a sub bearing in a position where deviation of axes of a main bearing and sub bearing is zero.
SOLUTION: A main bearing 3 is fixed on an attaching table 11, an eccentric weight 18 is attached on a long shaft part of a crank shaft 1 in the same direction as the eccentric direction of an eccentric part and connected to a coupling 17, a motor 15 is driven, and therefore, the crank shaft 1 is whirled, and a sub bearing 6 is oscillated. A oscillating locus of the sub bearing 6 is measured by a sub bearing measuring mechanism 20, the center O of the oscillating locus is found, the sub bearing 6 is aligned in the position O by using an actuator or a back pressure mechanism and fixed by a bolting mechanism 22. Since the crank shaft is inclined in the direction opposite to the eccentric direction during the rotation by the action of an eccentric weight, the outer periphery of a roller 5 and the inner periphery of a cylinder 4 does not interfere with each other, alignment and fixing can be performed by accurately finding the position where the deviation of axes of the main bearing 3 and the sub bearing 6 is zero, and performance and reliability of the bearing of a rotary compressor can be improved.
