Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device having a simplified construction to reduce its weight while reducing the number of components and assembling manhours and reducing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The bearing device includes a shaft body 11, and a rolling bearing 20 mounted on the outer peripheral face of the shaft body 11, the rolling bearing 20 including an outer ring 21 having an outer ring raceway surface 21a on the inner peripheral face, an inner ring 22 having an inner ring raceway surface 22a on the outer peripheral face, a plurality of rolling elements 23 arranged between the outer ring raceway surface 21a and the inner ring raceway surface 22a in a rollable manner, and a seal member 30 mounted at the axial end of the inner peripheral face of the outer ring 21, the seal member 30 having a seal lip 33 having slide contact with the inner ring 22, and a side lip 35 having slide contact with the shaft body 11.
