To provide a bearing with excellent adhesive strength between a tubular elastomer and a sliding member.
Tubular elastomer 12 is vulcanizedly bonded to the inner periphery of an outer tube 11, and a plurality of sliding members 13 is vulcanization bonded in a half embedded condition at a fixed phase interval, to the inner periphery of the tubular elastomer 12. The sliding member 13 is formed into a bar or strap shape, out of a high polymer material having remarkable self- lubrication such as PTFE. At the back surface 13b of respective sliding members, a plurality of joining protrusions 13c consisting of part of the sliding member 13 and having a locking shape such as an L shape are formed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. The joining protrusions 13c are in embedded and adhesive conditions into the thick wall of the tubular elastomer 12.
