Title:
BEARING PART OF PRINT HEAD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58131072
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive bearing part which is excellent in wear- proof properties, a mechnaical strength and heat resistance, by a method wherein a polyphenylenesulphite resin mixed with carbon fiber is uses as a material, and the part can be monolithically molded by combining together a nose part.

CONSTITUTION: Based on 100 part a polyphenylenesulphite resin, 5W30 part carbon fiber is mixed. The resin composition is used as a material, and using a mold for injection molding, a nose part 3 and a bearing part 2 are monolithically injection-molded to form a required bearing part 2 of a print head. Wires are pierced through pores in the obtained bearing part 2, which in turn, is mounted to a magnet, and an armatrue to form a print head, and this enables to obtain a print head which prevents the occurrence of deformation due to rise in temperature and the damage of the wires owing to the friction of the bearing part 2.
