Abstract:
To provide a bearing system capable of accurately detecting abnormality of bearings supporting rotary shafts in drive units thereof, so as to realize stable flying of an electric vertical takeoff/landing aircraft.SOLUTION: A bearing system 6 is mounted on an electric vertical takeoff/landing aircraft 1 which comprises a plurality of drive units 3A-3D each having a rotary vane and a motor for rotating the rotary vane, and which flies with rotation of the rotary vanes. The bearing system includes: rolling bearings 7A-7D for supporting respectively rotary shafts in the drive units 3A-3D; sensors 8A-8D provided inside/outside the rolling bearings for acquiring indexes showing states of the rolling bearings; an abnormality determination unit 9 for determining abnormality of the rolling bearings on the basis of the indexes; and a control unit 11 for controlling the drive units 3A-3D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
