Abstract:
To efficiently drive a rotating drive axis of a rotating drive with an ultrasonic motor.
A rotor 13c of the ultrasonic motor 13 for driving a rotating drive axis 12 is connected to an inner ring 11b of a ball bearing 11 supporting the rotating drive axis 12 with a rotor connecting body 16 to constitute it so that rotational motion of the ultrasonic motor 13 is directly transmitted to the rotating drive axis 12 through the inner ring 11b.
