Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing capable of reducing friction while suppressing deterioration caused by vibration and noise.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a bearing 1 which bears a crank shaft 4 of an engine E, the bearing comprising: a pair of a lower-side bearing 10 and an upper-side bearing 20 arranged on both upper and lower sides of the crank shaft 4; a lower-side oil relief 15 recessed in a lower-side inner peripheral surface 12 of the lower-side bearing 10 and increasing in depth from a circumferentially center side to an end-part side of the lower-side bearing 10; and an upper-side oil relief 25 recessed in an upper-side inner peripheral surface 22 of the upper-side bearing 20 and increasing in depth from a circumferentially center side to an end-part side of the upper-side bearing 20. A bearing having higher friction sensitivity between the pair of the lower-side bearing 10 and upper-side bearing 20 has its oil relief amount set to be larger than that of the bearing having lower friction sensitivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
