Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep work clean by supplying clean airflow to the entire work and to increase the weight of the work carried.
SOLUTION: A cleaning unit 14 supplying clean air to a dustproof cover 5 joined to the bottom of the body of an overhead traveling vehicle is provided, and work W held by a work holder 7 and enclosed in the dustproof cover 5 is cleaned by air blowing from the cleaning unit 14. In this case, a straightening plate 20 guides the airflow so that the opposite surface of the work W to the cleaning unit 14 is also cleaned by air.
