Abstract:
To provide a bed for enabling extending/contracting in a short time.SOLUTION: A bed is extendable/contractable in a longitudinal direction. The bed includes: a plurality of longitudinal plates; a horizontal plate to be connected to upper ends or lower ends of the longitudinal plates; first side plates; second side plates; and connection parts 31 for connecting the first side plates to the second side plates. The connection part includes: grooves or holes formed in one of the first side plate and the second side plate; and fitting parts formed in the other one of the first side plate and the second side plate so as to be fitted to the grooves or the holes. In the horizontal plate, ridge-folding parts to be bent in a ridge-folding shape and valley-folding parts to be bent in a valley-folding shape are alternately formed in a longitudinal direction. The first side plate and the second side plate are respectively changeable at an angle with respective to the longitudinal plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
