Abstract:
To provide a bedrock evaluation method capable of evaluating a coefficient of strain being hard to be affected by cracks without carrying out uniaxial compression test.SOLUTION: A bedrock evaluation method includes the steps of: arranging a circular flat plate 10 with an accelerometer 16a mounted thereon in the upper part of a steel ball 18 arranged in a bedrock G1, and striking the flat plate 10 by a striking member (hammer 12) with an accelerometer 16b mounted thereon; and calculating the coefficient of strain of the bedrock G1 from the mass of the flat plate 10, the mass of the striking member, the acceleration measured by the accelerometer 16a, the acceleration measured by the accelerometer 16b, the subsidence amount of the steel ball 18 and the contact radius with the bedrock G1 in the subsidence of the steel ball 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
