To provide a beer-taste beverage in which the flavor is effectively improved, a method for producing the same, and a method for improving the flavor of beer-taste beverage.SOLUTION: The beer-taste beverage contains a bitter component, a quillai extract, and a Yucca extract. In the production of a beer-taste beverage containing a bitter component, by adding a quillai extract and a Yucca extract, the flavor of the beer-taste beverage is improved as compared to the case where the quillai extract and the Yucca extract are not added.SELECTED DRAWING: None
