Abstract:
To provide a beer taste fermented beverage with deterioration of flavor during storage prevented or reduced, and a manufacturing method of the beer taste fermented beverage.SOLUTION: A beer taste fermented beverage satisfies (A) and (B). (A) ethyl 2-methylbutyrate content: 0.5 to 10.0 ppb. (B) linalool content: 15 to 100 ppb. A manufacturing method of a beer-taste fermented beverage includes controlling contents of ethyl 2-methylbutyrate and linalool in the beverage.SELECTED DRAWING: None
