In this bellows pipe with the short pipe manufactured by welding the metallic bellows pipe 10 on one end of the short pipe 20 having a connecting part 21, a part from the metallic bellows pipe 10 to an outer surface of the short pipe 20 is coated with a resin layer, and the bellows pipe 10 and a welding part 12 are sealed. The resin layer can be coated with a thermal contractible tube 41 made of a resin, and rubber rings 30 and 31 can be mounted on an outer peripheral face of the short pipe and the outer face resin coating layer of the bellows pipe, and coated with the thermal contractible tube. Further the thermal contractible tube is a contractible tube 43 with an adhesive layer having an adhesive layer on its inner face for covering a part from the outer face resin coating layer of the bellows pipe to the outer peripheral face of the short pipe and sealing them.
