To provide a belt adjuster not excessively thick and capable of easily adjusting a length of a belt without requiring readjustment at each use.SOLUTION: A belt adjuster 10, to which at least one belt W1 is connected in a length-adjustable manner, comprises: a frame body 1 in which a substantially rectangular-shaped opening 14 for folding back the belt is formed on an inner peripheral side; and a substantially wedge-shaped belt-folding-back member 2 having a thick part 21 formed with substantially a same width as a width of the belt, and a thin part 22 formed so as to be thinner than the thick part behind the thick part. The belt-folding-back member is longitudinally movably fitted into the frame body, with a head part 21S of the thick part wound around with the belt longitudinally folded back within the opening. At a rear end side of the frame body, a belt insertion part 11 into which the belt-folding-back member and the belt are inserted is formed. The belt insertion part is formed with an upper pressing part 111 and a lower pressing part 112, connected to right and left side-wall parts 12, 13 of the frame body and vertically pressing and holding the belt between itself and the thick part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
