To provide a belt conveyer device in which falling and ejecting of transported goods can be prevented even in a case a transporting belt of a downstream conveyer meanders, and scattering of powder dust generated by material collision can be prevented, when the transported goods are dropped from an upstream conveyer to a transporting belt of a downstream conveyer, and to provide a transportation method of the transported goods in such the belt conveyer device.
A belt conveyer device including a transit part 20 where transported goods are dropped from an upstream conveyer to a transporting belt 1 of a downstream conveyer comprises: a skirt 2 mounted as closable at the transporting belt 1 of the downstream conveyer at the transit part 20; a drive structure 9 for changing the position of the skirt 2; a belt position detecting part 6, 7 for detecting the position of the transporting belt 1; and, a skirt position control device 8 which, based on the position information detected by the belt position detecting part 6, 7, makes the drive structure 9 drive, to control the position of skirt 2, depending on the position of the transporting belt 1.
