Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lubricant of bearings of a head pulley with bearings built therein from being mixed in bulk material discharged to a shoot from a belt or prevent dust generated from the bulk material from sticking to the bearings.
SOLUTION: A pulley drum 4 of a head pulley 2 is made longer than a space between lateral side walls 19 of a shoot 15, and both end parts of the pulley drum 4 are passed through through-holes 20 of the side walls 19, with clearances 24. The clearances 24 are sealed with annular sealing members 23 fitted to the side walls 19. As a result, even if a lubricant leaks, this lubricant does not enter the shoot 15, and dust generated at the shoot 15 does not stick to bearings 5.
