Abstract:
To provide a belt conveyor skirt structure capable of reducing wear of a seal rubber and a belt.SOLUTION: A belt conveyor 10 has a belt B curbed in a gutter shape. The belt conveyor 10 comprises a pair of skirts 1, 1, and the pair of skirts 1, 1 are capable of introducing a conveyed article C into the belt B. The skirt 1 comprises skirt plates 1b, skirt rubbers 1s and seal rubbers 1c. The skirt plates 1b are arranged above the belt B, and are arranged to be opposed to each other in a width direction of the belt B. The skirt rubbers 1s held on outer faces of the skirt plates 1b each cover a gap between the belt B and each of the skirt plates 1b. The seal rubbers 1c are arranged outside the skirt rubbers 1s. The seal rubbers 1c are arranged so as to hang toward an inclined face of the belt B, and front end part sides of the seal rubbers 1c are brought into contact with the inclined face of the belt B in a loosened state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
