Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for drawing a long material that can perform stable drawing work without meandering and has a long service life, and provide a traction device of the long material using the belt for drawing.
SOLUTION: In the endless belt for drawing the long material with a circle cross section, a belt body 1 forming back parts 11 and a tooth parts 12 is constituted with rubber having hardness of 60° to 85°, the back surface is provided with a grip groove 10 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the belt and is engaged with part of the long material in traction, and canvas 4 is embedded at a position deeper than the grip groove 10 with reference to the back surface.
