Abstract:
To provide a belt for a winding apparatus capable of almost completely preventing the deposition of fiber on the edge part of the belt.
A cotton sheet 4 is wound on an especially sleeve-formed core driven by a circulating endless belt 5 of a winding apparatus for forming a lap 3. The belt 5 may be provided with a fiber strand embedded in a plane in longitudinal direction. For avoiding the loosening of the fiber at the edge part of the plane sheet to be wound, the side edge of the belt 5 is formed in a state to prevent the deposition of fibers.
