PURPOSE: To enable to readily fit a working machine onto the body of a worker and sufficiently secure the operation freedom of the working machine by equipping a waist belt capable of being fit onto the waist of the worker and further providing a shoulder belt the base end of which is connected to the center of the waist belt.

CONSTITUTION: A waist belt 7 capable of being fit onto the waist of a worker is equipped with a shoulder belt 8 the base end of which is connected to the approximately longitudinal center of the waist belt, and a hook 9 is attached to the other end of the shoulder 8. Thereby, the weight of the main body of the working machine can properly be borne on the body of the worker and the freedom of the worker is kept so as not to interfere with the smooth execution of the operation. Further, the pressure sense to the breast of the worker is prevented by the tight attachment of the hanging and holding belt.
