After a coating film is formed on a surface of the belt-like film base material, it is wound around a winding core to form a roll in a non-contact state of the coating film. In the belt-like film roll thus formed, the belt-like film base material has holes formed on the inside of the coating film non-contact means and on the outside of the coating film.
