PURPOSE: To realize high efficiency and labor-saving, by rotating a pair of parallel screw shafts having screw-threads at which the distance between the top portion tip side edge and the bottom portion tip side edge becomes shorter as the edges approach the end, and conducting supply to base end portions by flattening a belt-like material, and conducting transport so as to rise up at the ends.

CONSTITUTION: By means of a motor 26, screw shafts 4, 5 are rotated in the reverse directions, and also the screw shaft 4 is rotated counter-clockwise, and a belt-like material 43 is supplied onto screw shafts 4, 5 by being put into a flat condition by means of a conveyor 40. This belt-like material 43, as the widths of the top portions 16 of screw shafts 4, 5 are narrow, becomes unbalanced, and is inclined in the width direction. Accordingly, one side end in the width direction becomes engaged with the bottom portions 18 of screw shafts 4, 5, and is delivered forward. And, as it advances, a space L between the top portion 16 tip edge 17 and the bottom portion 18 tip edge 19 of each screw shaft 4, 5 becomes narrower, so the belt-like material 43 gradually rises up.
