To provide a belt pulley equipped with a torsional damper having a simple and inexpensive constitution and a manufacturing process of the belt pulley.
The belt pulley 1 comprises a hub ring 3 attached to a rotating shaft, a first elastic body 6 provided on an outer peripheral side of the hub ring 3, a flywheel ring 4 provided on an outer peripheral side of the first elastic body 6, a second elastic body 9 provided on an outer peripheral side of the flywheel ring 4, a bushing 7 provided on the outer peripheral side of the second elastic body 9, all of which are made into a unit to constitute a torsional damper 2 and inserted into an inside of the belt pulley 1. A space 20 formed between the torsional damper 2 and an inward flange 12 of the hub ring 3 is filled with a viscous medium. The first elastic body 6 is provided with a first seal lip 61 in close contact with an inward flange 12, and the second elastic body 9 is provided with a second seal lip 91 in close contact with the inward flange 12.
