Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restrain the runout of a belt by advancing an idler to the belt to be abutted only when the runout of the belt is increased.
CONSTITUTION: An idler 18, restraining the runout of a belt, is arranged separably and approachably on one side of a belt 16 extendedly provided, and also a runout detecting sensor 30 detecting the runout of the belt is located near to the belt. The idler 18 is advanced and abutted to the belt 16 by the control of a controller 36 based on a detection signal from the runout detection sensor 30 only when the runout of the belt is increased.
