Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the variation in the working accuracy of a material to be worked in case where a clamping member is inclined at the time of imparting tension.
SOLUTION: A vertical deflection angle detecting sensor 101 for detecting an angle at which the clamping member 32 is inclined in one direction on the basis of a position before imparting the tension as a reference and on the basis a horizontal deflection angle detecting sensor 102 for detecting the angle at which the member is inclined to a direction different to the one direction are provided and the tension to be applied to the material W to be worked is corrected with a tension controller 6 by the detected values of the vertical deflection angle detecting sensor 101 and the detected values of the horizontal deflection angle detecting sensor 102.
