PURPOSE: To obtain a titled device for bending efficiently and quickly a plate material by one device by constituting so that a carried-in plate material is transferred to a feed-in device by a loader, its positioning of the front and rear, and the left and right is executed, and thereafter, the working is executed by repeating the bending and inversion.
CONSTITUTION: In a bending device body 1, a plate material 7 carried into a plate material carrying-in device 3 by a free-running truck 23 is sucked up by a vacuum pad suspended and provided on a cylinder rod 35, and carried into a plate material feed-in device 5 by a loader 27 running on a rack base 19. In this device, the plate material 7 is positioned by a left and right positioning device 9 and a front and rear positioning device 11, and thereafter, held by a work clamp device 101, carried in the direction as indicated with an arrow X on a table 43 and carried into a plate material bending device 15. In this device, a process in which the plate material 7 is bent, moved backward, reversed by a plate material rotating device 13, carried into the bending device 15 again and bent is repeated by the necessary number of times, and the plate material 7 whose bending has been ended is carried out of a product carrying-out device 17 provided with a support table 321 and a carrying-out table 319, etc.
