PURPOSE: To save labor and reduce working time by completing bending of a reinforcing steel by a series of works from the central part to left and right ends with a hydraulic device.

CONSTITUTION: Left and right radial frames 15, 15' are brought close to the center frame 3 and held in parallel. The center of a reinforcing steel to be worked is squared to the center of a rule 9 and fixed with a chuck 14. By operating frames 20, 20', rollers 19, 19' are pressed against the reinforcing steel A. Next, when the radial frames 15, 15' are rotated to the left and to the right around a support 2, the rollers 19, 19' bends the reinforcing steel A which lies between the rule 9 and the rollers. Then, bend supporting rollers 33, 33' are lowered, and frames 27, 27' are pushed out by operating hydraulic cylinders 23, 23'. The end of the reinforcing steel A is bent inward by bending rollers 28, 28' which are on the frames 26, 26' attached on the frames 27, 27' making the rollers 33, 33' supporting points.
