Abstract:
To machine three-dimensional bending plastic deformation to a plate-like workpiece into an arbitrary shape and in a shorter time with a simple facility.SOLUTION: A bending machine 1 includes: a tool 26; a press machine 25 which slides a tool 26 above an XY surface and in parallel with the XY surface with respect to a plate-like workpiece 3 supported on the XY surface and elevates and displaces the tool in a Z direction orthogonal to the XY surface; and a control section 10 which instructs a drive section 27 to slide a tool support section 23 to a plurality of target positions on the XY surface in order and instructs the drive section to lower, elevate and displace the tool 26 in the Z direction by displacement amount corresponding to each target position at each target position and to move the tool up to a lowering position for a prescribed time, on the basis of a preliminarily designed machining condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
